4 kilos of beef rib and neck
5 tbsp beef pho broth mix
2 1/2 salt
5 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp fish sauce
1 pkg beef ball
5-6 corriander root
1 jar instant paste for beef soup
1 large ginger
2 onions
2 whole garlic bulbs
3 large carrots
1 medium diakon raddish
2-3 lbs of rare beef serlion
16 L of water
Garnishes: - Corriander - Basil - Bean Sprout -
Green onion and white onion * Feel free to garnish with what ever vegetables
you'd like*
